Protein Mug Cake

It's simple,Easy and YUMMY!!
It'll satisfy your sweet tooth without all the sugar, fat and guilt
Use your favorite flavors. I used Level 1 Caramel Latte and sugar free cheesecake pudding
Ingredients
1 Scoop Level 1 Protein Powder
1 tblsp sugar free pudding
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tblsp water or almond milk
1 tblsp stevia sweetened dk choc. cocoa chips
Mix ingredients and pour into mug (spray with nonstick spray)
Microwave for 45-60 seconds
Optional: ready whip almond milk non dairy topping
